Check-In

Please check in between 9AM and 11AM on the day of your reservation with the Host Desk for seating. This check-in window may be extended by your request. A photo ID and method of payment is required at the time of check-in. Reservations may be released if not checked in prior to 11AM. In the event of an early closure to the pool area on the day of your reservation due to a special event, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the change in hours of availability.

Waitlist

If you are on the wait list for a cabana or daybed, seating is not guaranteed. If a cabana or daybed becomes available on the date requested, you will be contacted by a Sales Agent or Pool Host.

Deposits

A pre-payment in the amount of 100% of the above rate plus tax, gratuity and service fee is required to secure the reservation. A valid method of payment will be required at check-in for food & beverage charges that exceed the minimum amount covered by the pre-payment.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date will be subject to forfeiting 100% of the pre-payment on file inclusive of taxes and gratuities.

Please note: all no-show reservations will forfeit full pre-payment including the tax, gratuity, and service fee.

Food & Beverage Minimum

The food & beverage minimum is the amount agreed upon to be spent within the pool area on food and/or beverage in order to secure the seating area. Items that may be purchased to meet food & beverage minimums include all food & beverage items available within the pool area only and must be consumed within the pool area.

To-go orders are not permitted and cannot be applied towards minimum spends. Any remaining balances of food & beverage minimums at the end of your reservation will be settled as a rental fee. Please note, poolside spa services and items purchased outside the pool area may not be applied to the food & beverage minimum. No outside food or beverage is permitted at the pool. Kitchen hours of availability may be limited and will be reviewed with you upon check-in for your pool reservation.

Last Call for Food & Beverage

Last call for food will be at 4PM and last call for drinks will be at 5:30PM. Times are subject to change based on season, special events, or inclement weather.

Sales Tax & Gratuity

Additional charges will include 8.75% Nevada Sales Tax, automatic 18% gratuity, and 4% service fee for the booking. These charges are not included in the agreed-upon food & beverage minimums.

Terms & Conditions

Prices are subject to change and are based upon availability. Holiday weekends are priced at a premium. Refunds or alternatives are provided at management's discretion if inclement weather prevents the use of the cabana or daybed.

These terms are subject to The Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver incorporated with this reference that governs how claims and disputes between you and The Cosmopolitan will be resolved. The Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement that all disputes between you and The Cosmopolitan will be resolved by mandatory binding arbitration, except for certain types of disputes as identified or unless you expressly reject arbitration. In any event, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration such that you will only be permitted to pursue any claim on an individual basis.

You and any other individuals in your group acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk that visiting our property and using any services or amenities involves a risk of exposure to COVID-19, which may cause serious injury, loss of work, or death. You and all individuals in your group, waive, release, and forever discharge to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all liability, claims, or demands, of whatever nature, now known or hereafter known, against The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and its affiliates and each of their respective employees and representatives arising out of or attributable to any exposure to COVID-19 resulting from a visit to our property or use of any of our services or amenities, whether or not the exposure was the result of your negligence or ours. If you or anyone in your party makes such a claim, you will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless, and you will be responsible for all costs and fees of that claim incurred by The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Any disputes arising from this release are subject to our Agreement to Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver.
