Must be 21+ to check-in to hotel. Reservations booked for any of the Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix dates (i.e., stay nights of November 17-24, 2026), must be booked at prevailing rate(s). Additional nights (either before or after such stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates or tier discount. Management reserves all rights. Rooms subject to availability. Room type, location, and specific amenities are on a request basis only and actual rooms are not assigned until check-in. For all stays, guests are charged for (and must pay for) the entire stay at the time of booking (except for nightly resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees which are due at the time of check-in) and must cancel such reservation at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid a penalty equal to total stay charges paid at the time of booking. Such reservations that are cancelled within 30 days of scheduled check-in date (or no-shows that do not cancel within 30 days of scheduled arrival date) will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid at the time of booking. Such cancellations/no-shows do not result in credit for guests. Once you are within 30 days of scheduled check-in date, this reservation cannot be modified and is non-refundable. Reservation is non-transferable. Dates of scheduled events are subject to postponement, rescheduling, and/or cancellation. Certain promotional offers presented to select guests may contain additional and/or alternative terms and conditions. Valid government-issued photo identification and valid credit card required at check-in for incidentals. Nightly rates do not include 13.38% room tax. A daily resort fee of $55 plus applicable tax will be added to your room rate for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night which entitles you to receive amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The resort fee policy for packages and promotions may vary. Daily resort fees will be waived (i.e., removed from the bill at check out) for eligible members with MGM Rewards Gold+ Tier Level status with eligible reservations.
Additional guests must be added to the reservation to ensure room and floor accessibility and that maximum occupancies are not being exceeded. Guests staying in the room who have not been added to the reservation may be evicted from the premises. Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, additional guest fee, pet fee, parking fee, rollaway bed fee and other fees that apply outside of the nightly rate. No outside food or beverage allowed inside the guest rooms. Personal coolers are not permitted into guest rooms unless they are required for dietary or medical reasons. We reserve the right to provide a comparable suite/room due to unavailability. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel or change this offer and the offer terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice. For example, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas reserves the right to require a minimum length of stay on future reservations subject to any such modified offer terms and conditions. In the event these terms and conditions differ from any hotel reservation (or other) terms and condition, these terms and conditions will apply.

Offer is valid on all room and suite types at the qualifying property, excluding base/entry-level room categories; qualifying room types vary by property and are subject to availability. All reservations are based on availability and may be subject to blackout dates. Reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid, and are non-refundable. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, the guest will forfeit the total room charge plus applicable tax.

Complimentary beverages are offered on a while-supplies-last basis, and MGM Resorts International reserves the right to limit quantities per guest. Guests consuming alcohol must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification; management reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. Lounge access is limited to registered guests of a qualifying reservation and is non-transferable.
